No advertising pixels or analytics in the website. Fonts and images are hosted locally. Calendly opens only when you choose to book.
Who handles your data
PrimeLabb is a brand of Nardini Consulting LLC, the controller of personal data received through enquiries addressed to PrimeLabb. For information or to exercise your rights, contact info@primelabb.com.
Contact and booking
The form processes your answers in your browser to prepare a summary. It does not send them to a database or CRM, or save them in persistent website storage. When you close or reload the page, the website does not retain the request.
Choosing email opens your email application. You can edit or cancel the message: PrimeLabb receives your data only when you choose to send it. Depending on the fields completed, this may include your name, email, brand, goals, revenue range and Amazon link. Do not include passwords or Seller Central credentials.
Booking buttons open Calendly in a new tab. There is no embedded calendar and form answers are not transferred automatically. Calendly processes booking data on behalf of its customer and other data for its own purposes as described in its privacy notice ↗. Any Calendly cookie choices are available on its website.
Why data is used
Information you send is used to respond, assess your enquiry, arrange a meeting and discuss a possible collaboration. The legal basis is taking precontractual steps at your request (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) or, for professional contacts acting on behalf of a business, the legitimate interest in managing the business relationship (Article 6(1)(f)). Data necessary to comply with legal obligations is processed on that basis (Article 6(1)(c)).
Contacting us is optional; without contact details and sufficient information we may be unable to respond. An enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to a newsletter. This website does not carry out profiling or automated decisions with legal effects. The calculator processes inputs only in your browser and provides illustrative estimates.
Hosting, providers and security
The website is hosted on Sites. The platform may process technical data, such as IP address, browser information and logs necessary to deliver and secure the service. Platform processing is separate from the website’s own code. See alsoOpenAI’s privacy policy ↗.
Enquiries may be accessible to authorised personnel and providers needed for email, hosting and booking. Nardini Consulting LLC is a US company; processing by the company or its providers may involve transfers outside the European Economic Area. For information about recipients and safeguards applicable to your enquiry, contact info@primelabb.com. External services’ notices describe their respective processing and transfers.
Retention
The website does not retain form data after the page is closed or reloaded. For emails and appointments, retention depends on the time necessary to handle the enquiry and related follow-up; if a collaboration follows, contractual and legal obligations and the need to establish or defend legal claims also apply. Platform and provider technical data follow their respective retention terms. You may request information about retention of your particular enquiry.
Your rights
Where provided by the GDPR, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability, and object to processing, including processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting earlier processing. Contact info@primelabb.com.
You may also complain to the competent supervisory authority, particularly in the country of your habitual residence, place of work or the alleged infringement.
